3. Booking & Verification

  • You may be required to provide valid photographic identification, proof of employment, or a verifiable professional profile.
  • All personal data collected during the verification process is securely handled and processed in accordance with UK data protection regulations (GDPR).

4. Cancellation & Booking Policy

  • Our booking policy requires a standard deposit of £200 to secure a reservation.
  • Cancellations or amendments must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time (GMT/BST).
  • Failure to cancel within the stipulated timeframe, or a “no-show”, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as a cancellation fine.

5. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of verbal abuse, physical aggression, intoxication, or coercive behaviour.
  • Our models reserve the unconditional right to terminate a meeting immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or if professional boundaries are breached. In such events, the client remains liable for the full fee.
  • Personal hygiene and mutual respect must be maintained at the highest standard at all times.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Strictly no photography, videography, or audio recording is permitted at any time without explicit, prior written consent from the model.
  • Violating this confidentiality clause will lead to immediate termination of the booking, a permanent ban, and potential legal action.

7. Governing Law

These terms, alongside all operations conducted by mayfair-escorts.com, are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
